DVD technology is indeed broad, and today even the simple presentations done in PowerPoint can be used and viewed on the television screen through a DVD player. Of course you will need software to make that happen but PowerPoint to DVD is really something easy to do if you look at it. Just take out any DVD right now and observe the main menu. The interface alone should serve some similarities to a PowerPoint presentation with the proper buttons and animation to go with it.

But while anyone can do this on and PowerPoint software, transferring PowerPoint to DVD format is something that can only be done with the aid of conversion software. It is something that may take up a lot of work for the people who are inclined to provide a better presentation, but rest assured, the output will surely be something worth watching on a real television rather than a computer monitor.

Just remember as well that PowerPoint software is really something about making slideshows and animations still. DVD technology only offers another viewpoint in providing another means of media to watch PowerPoint to DVD interfaces. But to get them into a DVD disc and submit them for viewing is impressive in itself. No one ever thought that it could happen but thanks to selected software in use, PowerPoint to DVD was indeed made possible.

It is perhaps the similarities between them that make them easier to combine. While in DVD formats, the important thing really is the film to be shown. For PowerPoint presentations it is really more about interface and focusing on slides up for discussion in a group session. You may say that PowerPoint presentations are limited towards making discussions work. Thanks to the gift of allowing conversion from PowerPoint to DVD, all of these can be done depending on the author through proper software use today.
