DVD X Copy Platinum troubleshooting may be of little help, if the program goes bonkers. The legitimate software has not been for sale on the open market for approximately 5 years. Therefore, if the user believes he or she has a newer copy, it is a knock off of the original version.

However, if the software is older, then it may be possible to still find someone out there that can help if things start to go wrong. But, there is also a good chance that the software has not been updated to match the changes that have been made in encrypted software.

Plus, since the software is no longer for sale, any updates that the Internet may advertise are probably a private user trying to keep up with the changes and make a buck in the process. Of course, anyone who can rewrite a program to work differently or handle more complicated tasks has to be pretty smart. But, the consumer has no idea of the software source.

Not knowing where the software came from can be a big problem. Long after this person already has your money in the bank, the program may present some very serious bugs. However, since the program is some sort of knockoff, the user has no recourse for getting help to rectify the program, or to get the money back.

Oftentimes, before someone has figured out he or she has been had, the site has been taken down and the seller is long gone, either on another scam to bilk more people out of their money, or off on a cruise enjoying the fruits of spoil.

Basically, if something sounds too good to be true, like a program being extremely cheap and from an unknown site, chances are good that it is a private person trying to make a dollar off of the needs of others, with no plan for providing support for their product after the sale is complete. So, in truth, I am not sure DVD X Copy Platinum troubleshooting will be of any help to you if something goes wrong.
